As the Shift CEO, Megan is someone who leads with curiosity, determination and creativity. She doesn't let being the CEO stop her from understanding everyone's role in the company and she is the first one to jump into different roles when support is needed. She is also not afraid to make changes to internal structures and processes to ensure workflows are efficient and effective for everyone on her team. The one thing about Megan I admire most is that she is my friend and co-worker first, and CEO second. She is the first one to make sure everyone is feeling stability, progress and growth, more importantly, happy at Shift!
