I have worked for Mrs. White for about 17 years. I met her through an organization she founded called Smart Women Independent & Growing (SWIG). Showing women how to, buy investment property, start their own business and how to get funded for that business. She taught herself how to write grants, Operated this successful business for 16 years. She later started a non-profit, Seeing How Others Exist in Society (S.H.O.E.S.) Shoe exhibit of people from diverse backgrounds, telling how they overcame aversity "walk a day in my shoes."
