Dr.Dolson is a genuinely amazing leader, advocate, and mentor. She has accomplished so much and believes in helping others grow into their full potential. In addition to her amazing leadership skills, she has dedicated her career to serving those with disabilities. She is a great advocate but also brings a business sense to the field which is often lacking.
