As the President of OJO Labs, Natalka’s work to expand the business into a new market played a critical role in the sale of the company to Royal Bank of Canada. Now, as the Chief Real Estate Officer, she leads the real estate organization, working to shape partner strategies that accelerate industry adoption, while building and mentoring her team.
Natalka speaks about real estate, innovation, and law at schools in North America, real estate forums, and conferences. She writes for many real estate publications, such as Real Estate Magazine.
She is a board member of the Ontario Trillium Foundation and Chair of the Granting Committee.
