Vermont Creamery - President
Druart moved to Vermont from France for a two-month internship at Vermont Creamery in 2002 and in 2015 became president, now she has been with the company for just over 20 years. For her Master’s degree, Druart designed the first aged cheese facility at Vermont Creamery to help meet growing demand for the company’s award winning line of aged cheeses including Bonne Bouche, Cremont, Coupole, and Bijou. The company also became B Corp Certified in 2014.
Druart has built up the company on the inside with a solid group of female leaders and a focus on building up the team. Whether is its providing a safe haven for working moms, flexibility, and ample opportunities for growth, Druart is focused on growing a successful business with females at the helm.
