Dr. Caroline Brookfield changed a huge piece of how I look at creativity - something I hold near and dear to my heart. Her research, her humour, her contribution to creating workplaces that applaud rather than hinder creativity. Her accomplishments are many - her most recent, authoring the book, "The Reluctant Creative," is a beautiful "literary mullet" inspiring change for more innovation, connection, and, well, creativity in this world.
