Caroline is a born and raised Calgarian and is also Metis, Bilingual, a mom and the current Office & Project Manager at TerraHDD Solutions. She has held various positions on the board of the Association of Administrative Professionals over the past 5 years on the Executive Board of Administrative Professionals, as an enthusiastic advocate for this profession.
Caroline has played a vital part in growing a successful Oil & Gas business from 3 employees to 40, over the course of the last 8 years. She studied at Mount Royal University, obtaining my Bachelor of Business in General Management, and then furthering her accolades with the Certified Canadian Administrative Professional Certificate and Mentora Institute Leadership Certification.
Caroline has also been a Lead Coordinator for the VIP Delegates at Energy Disruptors Unite Conference in the fall of 2019, with had high profiled keynotes such as Malcom Gladwell and Dr. Vivienne Ming in attendance. I was the recipient of the most Generous Volunteer for Association of Administrative Professionals in 2018. She is also the Global Indigenous Lead and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action) Lead at my store for lululemon.
Caroline is extremely committed to her volunteer commitments, she also volunteers on the Alberta Sprint Racing Canoe Association, and has goals to expand her skills in leadership and sharing this wealth of knowledge through education and networking with others. She is inspired by entrepreneurship, passion, agility, and grit.
