GLOW Skincare Co. - Owner & Nurse Practitioner
With an overwhelming desire to help people, Colleen knew her future was in healthcare from a very young age. She finds joy in having a positive impact on people’s lives and helping them discover the best version of themselves.
As one of only a few NP’s to have done a fellowship in dermatology, Colleen is recognized for her expertise relating to skin disease and an in-depth knowledge of the dermis (skin) and facial anatomy. Her combined medical background and passion for aesthetics has allowed her to develop a practice that satisfies a wide range of patient needs. This includes Therapeutic Botulinum Toxin to treat chronic migraines, TMJ pain, and hyperhidrosis as well as Dermal fillers, Neurotoxins, Threads and a variety of laser treatments.
Along with a degree in the Primary Health Care Nursing Practitioner Program, Colleen holds a Master of Science from Queen’s University. For more than 14 years, Colleen fueled her passion for teaching in the NP program at Queen’s University and also functioned as the Program Coordinator.
Colleen has also expand her services in the field of Medical Aesthetics by functioning as a Medical Director for a number of nurse injectors in Kingston and the surrounding area as well as teaching the foundations course for THMA Consulting.
Colleen’s goal is to empower her clients to take control over their appearance and rediscover their self-confidence; to find comfort in their own skin, to smile, laugh, and hold their heads high; to empower them to start feeling better about themselves.
