Crystal Greenwood is the Co-Owner & Instructor at Okami Martial Arts, a business she owns with her husband Kelly.
She has always loved competitive sports – playing rugby, Olympic weightlifting and Crossfit before finding martial arts.
Crystal has been training martial arts for almost 12 years. In this time, she has earned her 2nd Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and a Black Belt in Kickboxing. Crystal has travelled the world competing as well as coaching athletes in Karate & Kickboxing events. Most recently branched out into opening Gracie Jiu Jitsu Saskatoon, Saskatchewan’s only Certified Training Center under Rener & Ryron Gracie.
