International Fellowship of Christians and Jews Canada - Executive Director
Jackie Gotwalt is the Executive Director of International Fellowship of Christians and Jews Canada (IFCJ Canada) at just 35 years old. Starting as an assistant and working her way through various departments of the organization, Jackie has brought fresh vision, leadership skills, and platforms for other women to become leaders within the organization. Over the past 3 years, Jackie has led the team to putting IFCJ Canada on Charity Intelligences Top 100 list of charities, and has led our team to bringing in an extra 3.2 million dollars in donations last year. Currently the Executive team is 67% women, and the entire staff is 81% women. Jackie is a huge advocate of women seeking and occupying leadership positions and tangibly supports building into her staff to make sure that happens. Through IFCJ Canada, Jackie has ensured that there is budget for staff to upgrade their workplace skills to become more proficient leaders and changemakers. In fact, we saw a graduation last month from our Development Officer in Fundraising Management, with Jackie's direct support. She is most deserving of being recognized for her efforts to support female leadership within the marketplace and for driving the humanitarian efforts of IFCJ Canada forward.
