Evangelist Joy Ouseke-Rolle has, for the past 20+ years, gone above and beyond to extend a helping hand to widows and orphans in and around the world. Her non-profit organization, Ministry of Care, has been operating out of pocket for most of these 20 years, shipping food and clothes, and providing shelter for many families.
