I started my career with RBC over 15 years ago and is currently the Regional Vice President for Downtown Toronto. As a strong leader responsible for the performance and contribution of the team in the Downtown Market, for one of Canada's largest employers! I am responsible for leading my incredible team to deliver on our strategic business priorities with a focus on leadership enablement and enhancing client experience while maximizing market growth potential. A strong leader with a passion for driving positive change, who has consistently demonstrated the ability to Execute with Excellence while maintaining motivated teams who are collectively working towards a common goal and are driven for success.
