Homeland Ghana Educational Foundation - Founder/CEO
When our founder Rhoda Agilinko relocated to the United Kingdom at the age of eight, she’d been fortunate. She just didn’t know the extent. Eleven years later, Rhoda would return to Ghana, West Africa, tour community schools and distribute supplies to students across the Upper East Region. During that trip, she discovered that young people in education still have some of the worst outcomes. Since that trip to Ghana, she founded Homeland Ghana Educational Foundation which has invested in schools, people and resources that are helping to change the way over 1,800 Ghanaian students learn and achieve at the basic level of their education.
