Ukachi is a dynamic, agile, intuitive, and strategic professional leader with a proven track record for leveraging both a technical and consumer mindset to deliver actionable and measurable results. For over 20 years Ukachi has held various Engineering and Development roles with increasing responsibility throughout her career for several companies including Coty and Avon Products, Inc. In her current role as Vice President, Global Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Management for the Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. Ukachi leads the end-to-end strategic portfolio management initiatives across all functions of the Global Packaging Enterprise.
Ukachi has both a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering as well as an MBA from Rutgers University. Ukachi has received several award recognitions over the years including The Network Journal’s “40 under Forty” Award, America On Tech’s Innovator and Disruptor Award in addition to being featured in Essence Magazine as well as several Beauty industry publications.
