Tracy Folorunsho-Barry founded GROW Women Leaders and GROW Foundation so she could make a difference in the lives of immigrant women. Through GROW, Folorunsho-Barry, a career and equitable leadership strategist, is today able to provide guidance to other women, especially immigrant and minorities women.
As a career and equitable leadership strategist who has dedicated her career to helping women, especially immigrants and minorities, access new opportunities in their career. She has worked with several organizations, both in and out of Canada, to help develop a diverse workplace as well as helping women to overcome the challenges they face in the workforce.
