Whitney Brown
IMC - Founder/CEO
Whitney is truly a phoenix from the fire. She has consistently conquered all that life has thrown her way not just defeating hard times but turning each challenge she's faced into a positive and way to create change and good in the world. She left home at just 17, became the first person in her family to graduate from high school and then the first to graduate from college. After working in master planned development for eleven years she decided to use her talents and network for good. She started a small consulting firm, IMC that grew rapidly and in just 4 years she is leading the construction industry and helping builders and others in the industry create change in their communities. She's assisted with rebuilding homes for families, raised funds for a variety of non-profits across both the US and Canada and launched the Alair Next Generation program which trains up and supports the future of workforce development. All of this and she still gives every spare moment of her free time volunteering in Haiti where her and her husband own a non-profit. She is truly a one of a kind gal who inspires every person she meets to wake up everyday and do something to make the world a little bit better.
