It was an honour to interview Dana Leveson for the Women of Inspiration™ Podcast. Every woman has a story. You will be inspired by her story of strength overcoming adversity, a divorce raising her two children and deep in debt. Only a handful of people knew the story behind the TV personality she wore as armour as she overcame adversity, transitioned into a new role and rebuilt her life for herself and her children.

Dana Levenson is a Television News Personality with  20+ years working in broadcast TV news and information programming. Since 2000, Levenson worked as a news reporter and anchor at CTV News in TORONTO. Her role varied but, namely as a general news reporter and weekend weather anchor. 918kiss

Levenson has interviewed some of the biggest names in politics, entertainment, sports, and health & education. Including, Kawai Lenoard, Wayne Gretzky, Sarah Jessica Parker, Martin Short, and Richard Branson.  Levenson was also an on-air contributor to CTV’s Canada AM, Your Morning, News Channel, and The Social.

Levenson interned in New York City at CBS News with Dan Rather before joining the CTV team.

Levenson recently left her position to discover other opportunities in TV & the digital industry. She is highly skilled in Live TV News including Anchoring, Interviewing/News Reporting, Performing, Moderating & social media.

Levenson was born and raised in Toronto, ON. She studied at The University of Western Ontario achieving a Bachelor of Arts in film studies. As well as achieving a second degree Bachelor of Applied Art in Television and Radio arts at Ryerson University. She currently lives in Toronto with her husband and their 5 children.
