I think it’s natural for me to ask people to read my book, “Lessons I Learned from the Tortoise.” The reviews say people enjoy the way I share my wisdom, but it’s certainly not the only resource when it comes to finding something that ignites your spirit or something that sustains your passage through your journey. Whether your spark comes from a coach, a book, a mentor, or a meditation matters not. What’s important is connecting with an energy source that builds you up and helps you feel bigger, better, stronger. You don’t have to wait for a special place or time. Your energy might come while you listen to music and breathe in a feeling of being empowered. Truly, just find a resource that keeps you moving.
