Jenn Lofgren is an Executive Development Coach and Founder of Incito. She helps executives across Canada and worldwide unlock their leadership potential and grow into inspired, authentic leaders. Jenn became a Chartered Professional in Human Resources in 2009 with CPHR Alberta, and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation in 2012. She is one of only 70 recipients of the esteemed Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation in Canada and five per cent of coaches worldwide. She is a partner with the Women’s Executive Network (WXN), and was named to the WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 in 2019. Jenn has engaged in numerous mentorship relationships with women from diverse industries and backgrounds. She also serves on four boards, supporting struggling youth, the arts, the community, and local business. Jenn is a champion of local enterprise, an ally to women in business, an actively involved citizen and a passionate member of the global business community.
