The big thing is not to compare yourself to others and really, be very, very honest about your accomplishments. Celebrate them. Write them down, every day. And read them every day. There’s nothing better than journaling. I actually have a book I keep in my car which is just a bunch of ‘I Am’ statements. I’ll sit in the car before a meeting and read them and when I get out of the car, I’m bulletproof. It’s important to recognize and to be really honest and take ownership of your greatness. Brag about it. Tell people what you’re up to because it’s really, really important stuff. It’s crucial. Tell everybody.
