Nupur Khandelwal is a dynamic speaker, thought leader and an experienced Human Resources professional that consistently exceeds expectations. Nupur demonstrates exemplary leadership at the LCBO where she is the Manager of Learning and Talent Development and leads enterprise-wide learning as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Nupur is the co-founder of SheRocks!, a social enterprise committed to empowering women from different walks of life such as newcomers to Canada, youth and women from vulnerable communities. She actively volunteers as a mentor with the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council and as a Diversity Council representative with the Women’s Executive Network. As an elected parent council executive with the Toronto District School Board, Nupur has spearheaded numerous educational initiatives for parents and teachers.
Nupur holds the Certified Human Resources Leader designation and has completed her Master’s of Education degree with focus on Adult Education and Community Development.
