Aimée is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, advisor, and advocate. As the Founder & CEO of Silvermark, she and her team are committed to advancing the quality of life for older adults. They believe that the greatest plagues to aging well can be addressed through connection, purpose, and meaningful contribution across generations.

She is also the Founder of Joy Delivered, an exclusive subscription box for grandmothers that supports mompreneurs through product selection and donates gifts to older women in community living, long-term care, or hospice.
She is dedicated to cultivating both social and economic impact through her ventures and collaborations. Aimée is active in economic development, entrepreneurial mentorship and maintains affiliations with several organizations serving the silver economy.

Aimée is also a passionate advocate for Dyslexia awareness and is deeply committed to providing access to strengths-based approaches that empower and unlock the full potential of all children. She is the Co-Founder and Chair of Decoding Dyslexia New Brunswick and a volunteer with Dyslexia Canada.
