Our Women Canadian Advisors Network has a goal to achieve 25% female advisor representation by 2025. Industry standards in Canada are around the 15% mark with Raymond James currently sitting at 18.2%. The challenge in attracting existing women advisors is that we already have the largest percentage so we are having to source women advisors from a marketplace where they are significantly underrepresented. However, we have the best platform on the street to support all of our advisors.
