Elyse’s reputation in the Retail Commercial Real Estate industry is as a savvy deal maker, solution seeker and Expert who operates with integrity and honesty. Her impact on Commercial Real Estate goes beyond guiding and executing client strategies. She’s heavily invested in encouraging, building up, mentoring and inspiring women in Commercial Real Estate. She served on the board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Charleston Chapter for six years. Beyond serving on boards - she is changing the trajectory for women in Commercial Real Estate (who now only represent 9% of the industry). Elyse has been a mentor to me since 2018 when I joined the Carolina Retail Experts team. She has played a critical role in the advancement of my and other women’s careers in the Retail Commercial Real Estate industry.
