Jaime is an inspirational Security Management leader who has continuously sought out ways to support other women in business. She curates powerful partnerships with her community, neighbouring stakeholders and those in need whenever she has the opportunity. She continuously advocates for the rights and equality of women, people of colour and is an ally for the LGBTQ2S+ community. In a male dominated field, she remains a strong industry leader. She has supported over 100 employees in gaining successful careers with Police Services across Ontario and beyond. She has made an impact in those she leads, for the company she works for and through the numerous ways she gives back to her community. Jaime is truly a woman of inspiration.
