Lindsey is a Founding Partner of the Carolina Retail Experts, a boutique commercial real estate firm and one of the only majority female-owned Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in the state of South Carolina. Lindsey leads the Landlord Services Division for Carolina Retail Experts, overseeing a portfolio of over 3.2 Million Square Feet of Retail Commercial Real Estate. Lindsey’s Landlord Services are highly sought after in the Charleston market. A testament to her skills, Lindsey earned the 2021 Best and Brightest 35 & Under recognition by Charleston Business. In her commitment to expanding female representation in the industry, she has served on the board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Charleston Chapter for the last 7 years. She has grown from Charleston Communications Chair from 2018 to 2021 and Delegate in 2021, to Vice President in 2022, and is currently serving as CREW Charleston President for 2023.
