Michelle Gibson-Morgan inspires, empowers and develops others. In 2022, she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada. Michelle is a role model in many ways as a woman, mentor, leader, change agent, positive influencer and professional. In addition, she is a wife, mother, and person living with invisible disabilities. I highly recommend that you consider her, as she is definitely a woman of inspiration.
Michelle impacts communities throughout mentorship, leadership and facilitation in support of women, racialized persons, immigrants and youth. As author, speaker, consultant, and facilitator, she empowers others through a strengths-based approach.
Michelle leads the Learning & Development team of a non-profit youth-serving organization. She is former Co-chair of Professional Development Advisory Board of Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) Society. Prior to that Michelle advised organizations on becoming more inclusive, diverse, equitable, accessible for their employees and communities they serve.
