I have the pleasure of knowing many inspirational women in my life but Vahen is the most inspiring. She was in a wheelchair at a young age due to a rare condition that struck her suddenly. She almost lost her fiancé, her hopes and dreams and her life. Vahen has fought to achieve everything she has and is still fighting, but not with rage, she is fighting with love and inspiration. Her story inspires and lifts other women around the world to dare to keep dreaming, even when it feels like the odds are against them. She has an unsurpassed strength, love of life and contagious courage. This amazing woman has become a successful Author, has traveled the world to share her story. Vahen also became a licensed Minister and is the Founder of the “Going Farther Organization” a Non-profit charity. She skydives and mountain climbs and holds the title of the 1st ever Miss Wheelchair Canada and Miss Kindness World. Her passion is to IGNITE HEARTS with HOPE because hope shines brightest in the darkest places. Vahen helps remind you that you that, in spite of overwhelming circumstances, you can rise above to find joy in the most difficult moments of your life.
