Everyone plays a role in advancing women. Men must be part of the conversations and lead by example as visible SupportHER™ champions. As 91.2% of all Fortune 500 CEOs and 76% of all C-suite executives, men hold the majority of corporate decision-making positions. We need men leading by example together with women to take action to inspire change as allies for women in their networks, workplaces and communities.

As an organization, the Universal Womens Network™ is disrupting the status quo by recognizing women and men working together to foster a more equitable world.
