Articles Aina Alive (Aliieva)

I’d like to nominate Aina, my mentor, because she is a true Woman of Inspiration for me.
Aina shows the example of giving and helping others.
For example, she teaches project management in Africa and participates in global forums to encourage women to do what they deserve.
This year, Aina volunteered with The Tony Holumely foundation to support African entrepreneurs and mentored and coached women of colour in their career growth, transition, and adaptation in Canada.
Aina also does a lot of pro-bono work. For example, she helps non-profit organizations such as Breathe Mongolia in their journey, encourages young people, and helps them with their careers.
She is also on a mission to build a bridge between American and Eastern European professionals by organizing multicultural conferences and workshops.
I truly believe that Aina deserves to be known as a Woman of Inspiration for many.
