Articles Karine Pilotte

Passionate about learning, Karine is a vice-principal in a Francophone school division in Winnipeg. For her, leadership is action, not position! She co-founded CLE- a Community of education leaders-. Karine also co-created a podcast about School Leadership in February 2020 during the pandemic which has now followers from around the world! Lastly she also cowrote a book in August 2021 on developing competencies as school leader called «  Leaders d’aujourd’hui pour l’école de demain ». She cherishes the occasions to step out of her comfort zone and face bold challenges to enable student growth and continued success.
