Andrea is the kind of person who fills a room with optimism while bridging the gap between where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow. She genuinely cares about helping women ignite their potential and stands by you, even when you think you have nothing left to give. She does so because she's been there, she knows what it's like to "go it alone", to feel "not enough" and to "struggle to believe that you are worthy". Her work in using neuroscience as a way to handle the pressure that prevents women from advancing has been instrumental in my career advancement and my ability to overcome adversity. She is a Woman of Inspiration who needs to be recognized.
