I nominate Louise Reid for uniquely integrating the disciplines of Science, Positive Psychology, and Leadership, to help leaders increase their self awareness, improve their knowledge of human motivation and bias, and strengthen leaders’ ability to develop inclusive and productive teams. Louise believes in gender equity and supports the research that having women in business improves business results dramatically. She works tirelessly to improve lives by providing a weekly podcast of 'Conversations for the next generation' and by having authored a book where 20 women share their personal stories of struggle and triumph.
