When Chau (and her sister Trang) immigrated from Vietnam they couldn’t speak English and now together they run a very successful jewelry business with 23 stores across 4 Canadian provinces.

In Chau’s current role as Director of Operations, she led the company’s growth and expansion from 10 to 23 stores and employees from 80 to over 200. She has implemented new branding and extensive training nationwide in the areas of Management/Leadership training, Sales training, Product Knowledge training, Financing training, and other specific branded product categories.

Chau is passionate about the latest trends in the jewelry industry with an emphasis on supporting women and shares the message of equality no matter what the position or role. Chau is an innovative leader, entrepreneur and mother championing for women.
