Nancy Novak, Compass’ Chief Innovation Officer is a tireless advocate for opening the doors of opportunity within the worlds’ of construction and high technology by creating awareness and promoting opportunities for highly talented young women who may not have even previously considered a career in a STEM related field as well as women already working in these industries.

In 2021 Nancy spoke over 35 times to a broad spectrum of organizations devoted to advancing both diversity and women in STEM including: STEM Connectors, the National Institute of Building Sciences (where she was this year’s keynote speaker), Million Mentor Women and Fortune Magazine’s Most Powerful Women mentorship program. She is also the host of the Breaking Glass podcast where she interviews successful women in the technology industry to provide real-life examples how to deal with workplace issues for young women beginning their careers.
