Rosemary Oglesby-Henry is a phenomenal woman, mother, entrepreneur, and humanitarian. She is the epitome of strength and servant leadership. Founder and CEO of Rosemary’s Babies Co, a teen parent and family support agency, she puts her all into serving the youth in Cincinnati, Ohio, and surround metropolitan areas. RBC serves over 200 teen families per year, goal is to eradicate generational pregnancy and poverty by supporting families, educating communities, and advocating for
policy/law changes that are bias and render teen parent families helpless. Rosemary, my mother, my hero, my colleague, has achieved all her educational and career success because of her resilience and fortitude to change the trajectory of her life and her family since becoming a teen parent to myself at the age of 16. She deserves all the recognition one can offer.
