Everyone woman has a story. Why did you start your business or choose your career path?

I take each of my customers business very personal. We share success. The statement is true, Find a job you truly love and you will never work again!

When you were growing up, who were the female role models you look up to?

I've always admired Princess Diana. She was not only kind, caring and considerate, she was such an inspiring woman.

What is the best advice you were ever given?

The (Wo)Man in the mirror - always make sure you can be proud of your actions, even when you are the only person that sees them.

This is the decade for women to drive change. Why is now so important to empower women to be seen, heard and valued?

Women bring a specific value to business. Much like a house we make a home.... We have a unique ability to create an atmosphere for success. This not only benefits our customers, but our employees.

Your win is our win. What achievement are you most proud of?

I'm proud of high performing teams I've built. There's nothing more rewarding than to watch others achieve their ultimate success.

What would you like to achieve in the next five years?

I would like to do more non-profit work with children. I was a child that was often in and out of "the system" and I'd like to do more for children who may need some extra encouragement.

A daily non-negotiable for me is....

I cannot live without my....

Family - my children and grandchildren are my biggest motivation

Outside of work, I love to....
