In 2008, Deborah was my People and Culture partner at Schneider Electric. She an amazing SupportHER as we worked on growth but more treasured and trusted when embarking upon a huge global transformation which eliminated and reframed greater than 50% of the Canadian work force.
Post our time at Schneider we fostered a deep and supportive friendship that saw each other through various massive professional and life changes. She is an enormous support to me due to her steep knowledge of people, practices and her emotional intelligence. She gives me courage and has been a remarkable cheerleader (2021 WoI nomination). She encourages me when I don’t think I am worthy and is an amazing confidant. She’s a SupportHER to MANY, whether through her profession, thriving business and commitment to community (i.e. top fundraiser for world renowned SickKids hospital). We are blessed to have such a SupportHER! THANK YOU DEBORAH!
