Esther Ijewere is a dynamic and accomplished women's rights and social inclusion activist, community builder, author, columnist and storyteller. She is the Founder of Rubies Ink Initiative for Women and Children, a non-profit organization devoted to advocacy, community development, gender equity, human rights, and social enterprise solutions, serving over 20,000 women and children across Nigeria. Esther is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a degree in Sociology. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of community development and advocacy, working with marginalized communities and individuals to promote social inclusion and gender equity. As a community builder, Esther has a proven track record of bringing people together to achieve common goals. She has a talent for bridging the gap between different groups and fostering collaboration and cooperation among diverse stakeholders. Her ability to build strong relationships and coalitions has been key to her success in driving social change and empowering marginalized communities.
