Natalie is an Authentic Leader award because that is exactly who she is. Natalie lifts up and creates a safe space for women to thrive. Natalie is the leader who will speak up when there is no one else in the room willing to risk it all to do that. She is willing to be an advocate and a sponsor to women and people of color. Her approach is one of openness and a willingness to lead with vulnerability making is safe for everyone to step into who they truly are.
