Tracy Barry is incredible! Tracy should be recognized: Tracy Barry is the founder of Grow Women Leaders, an award-winning leadership career development and advancement firm for women who want to pursue and secure high-paying careers by building their careers toward leadership. Tracy champions women in professional, entrepreneur and civic fields to stand in front of their careers. In the past few years, GROW Women Leaders has supported hundreds of women in Alberta and across the country by equipping them with the skills, tools, and resources they need to lead and advance their careers as women leaders. Tracy has continued to help women, predominantly immigrant women succeed in their careers. Tracy has dedicated her career to growing women across Alberta and beyond and has been making an impact since 2017.
Tracy's contributions are valuable, considering that women are underrepresented, especially in higher-level roles. Tracy is on a mission to change that. To her contributions and community involvement, Folorunsho-Barry was honoured with recognition by Mayor Don Iveson and the City of Edmonton in 2020. She has also received the Daughters Day Award (Alberta), the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada, and the Abedorc Community Involvement and Leadership Awards. Most recently, Tracy was one of the winners of the Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards, also won Alberta Newcomer Recognition Awards in the Entrepreneurial Spirit Category and 2023 Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Metal Award
